Extremely unprofessional, rude, and lack of empathy. I really don’t appreciate having people scheduled to come to my home unannounced and me not not who they are. I mean I’m being kicked out of my home due to renovations. I have enough to worry about. I only have 30 days and she won’t leave me alone. I wouldn’t want someone like this representing me
